2010年5月にネパールから帰国して、ほぼ2年ぶりに海外駐在の身となった。
タイトルにもある通り、15日の深夜ダッカ事務所に到着。季節の変わり目、特に4月前後に吹き荒れる雨と風、雷に盛大に歓迎されたおかげて、飛行機は30分以上遅れてダッカに到着したが、覚悟していたより揺れなかったのが幸いだった。
前回の出張で住む場所は決めてあるが、フィールド出張などが続くため引越しができるのは2週間後の予定。それまでは事務所の2階にあるゲスト用の小部屋で生活をすることになる。写真でご紹介したいところだが、既に荷物を開いてしまい今はとてもお見せできる状態にないので、いずれ別の機会にでも。写真は5月連休に旅行したリスボンの街角で撮ったもの。内容には関係ありません。
I arrived Dhaka on 15 May, 2012 with warm welcome by thunder, heavy rain and strong wind which is very usual at this time of the year. Flight delayed by 30 minutes due to bad weather, but there was not much turbulence. Lucky me.
For the time being I will stay in the second floor of our office, Shapla Neer Dhaka and planning to shift to a flat in Lalmatia at the beginning of June. <A cat in Lisbon city>
